At Zimaya Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original, cellophane-wrapped box and place it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to confirm it is in resalable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
